Olive Tree's exclusive Property Club has been running for just over 18 months and has had an incredible response from Olive Tree clients.

"We wanted to create a community for people interested in property investment where they could find out inside information about the best investment deals, before everyone else." Said Richard Brady Olive Tree's Managing Director. "Knowledge is the key and finding out that knowledge first is the golden key"

Membership numbers have soared over the last 12 months and the Olive Tree team have been taken aback by the reception that the club has received. "We really didn't expect the numbers to grow as quickly as they have.....We are going to rebrand the club and send out a membership pack to our existing members, outlining the new benefits for 2008 membership." Said Rob King the Operations Director at Olive Tree.

Olive Tree have some very interesting plans for the club, which include a Members Only investment product and a special facility for Club Members to reserve properties over the phone, with 30 days interest free credit.

The Property Club currently has a Gold Membership option, for clients that have made multiple purchases and the Platinum Property Partnership (PPP) which is restricted to 100 members around the world and is by invitation only.

We were not given much information about the PPP, other than it is an exclusive club for serious investors.

The Olive Tree MD Richard Brady did say "PPP Members are our most valuable asset as a business and have access to a dedicated liason team here in our head office. The people who are invited to join are successful and busy. They want the Olive Tree team to select individual property opportunities for them that are not available to the general public. Returns need to be significant, as PPP members usually have a wealth of other investment opportunities available to them."

Property Club Members alone bought 600 properties through Olive Tree over the past 12 months and average annual returns were in excess of 15%.
