There had been queries raised over the planning restrictions for occupancy on Talland Bay. In fact a webforum had been set up on another site which was highly critical of agents, including Olive Tree who had been promoting the new Talland Bay Development.

Olive Tree are pleased to reconfirm that these properties cannot be used as your main residence, but can be rented out for 52 weeks of the year, with no restriction on continuous rental. 

Olive Tree note that the website in question has now withdrawn all of their previous criticism and has had to make a complete U turn, now choosing to criticise the council for allowing the occupancy terms.
