Olive Tree have released a fund that invests in prime property developments around the world, after having carried out their IPAP TM due diligence checks and negotiated significant price discounts.

High net worth and sophisticated investors can invest from £15,000 as can Pension Funds.

The Kalamon Fund is a 5 year growth fund from Olive Tree, targeting to return the initial investment, plus 75% growth.

The fund managers will pay an additional 75% of any growth over this figure, retaining 25% of the excess amount as an incentive for the fund managers to achieve significant returns.
