Yes you can borrow 70% of the purchase price for a fully completed and furnished luxury apartment. Or you can buy a fraction of the apartment - say 1/4 and borrow up to 60% of that amount. So if you wanted to buy a 1/4 share of a €500,000 apartment, then you would only need to find €50,000
